Shipping Information

We ship Monday through Friday, except U.S. bank holidays when the Postal Service is closed. Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing, after which you should receive a shipment notification by e-mail. Items are shipped within 3 days of order.  

Any item that is custom printed takes an average of 10-14 days for printing and 3-6 days for shipping after completion of printing; total turn around time of 20 days. 

We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your address.

We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at check out that the customer failed to correct. Please double check at check out!
