Refund Policy

Returns 

Please note: Orders cannot be changed, modified or cancelled after checkout. 
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the date the item was shipped out, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the original unused condition with tags still attached and unworn as originally shipped to you. Please include the name you used when you placed the order.

Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions.  Clothing patterns may also vary.  These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted. 

To complete your return, please notify us via email.  We will email you a shipping label for simplified return process.  The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Additional non-returnable/exchangeable items: 

Bathing Suits, Bodysuits, Promotional Items, Holiday items, Accessories and Gift cards 

We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refunds based on the condition of the item(s).

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10 days.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale and promotion items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We will replace non-sale and promotional items if they are defective or damaged. We must be notified by email within 3 DAYS of delivery to inform us of the issue.  If we are not notified within 3 days of delivery, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.  You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email. In your email, please inform us if you want to exchange for the same item.  Due to high demand and limited qualities, the item may no longer be available, in this circumstance we will notify you and will exchange for an item of equal or lesser value or provide a refund. Price Adjustment 

We do NOT allow price adjustments on any of the items.

Prices are subject to change with out any notice and prices cannot be adjusted after being sold. There shall be no refund of the pricing difference. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
